What are public goals?
Public goals are shared goals that coaches can assign to agents in coaching sessions. Using public goals allows coaches to measure agents’ progress against shared goals.
Coaching admins can create, edit, and view a list of existing public goals by navigating to the public goals page via the account dropdown.
