Remove an agent from an agent group

Overview:

Remove an agent from an agent group.

Required:You must be a Creovai admin to perform this task.

Remove an agent:

1. If you're not already viewing the Agent groups page, do the following:
   
   a) Click the Settings option in your user menu.
   b) Click the Agent groups option in the Admin menu on the left.

2. Click on the agent group row in the Agent groups list.

3. Click the Actions ( ••• ) icon and then select the Remove agent option.

4. A pop-up appears to confirm that you are authorized to do this task. Enter your login information and then click the Authorize button.
